On a day to day basis we undertake refurbishment work to empty properties for various local landlords.
All work is undertaken from remodelling, replastering, tiling, new kitchens and bathrooms, electrical work and central heating.

Landlords - Void property work is undertaken on a day to day basis, this can be just general tidy up work prior to new tenants or full refurbishments and or alterations for HMO and Student lets. EICR and Gas Safe Certificates supplied upon request.
Refurbishment of a Semi Detached House
Full house refurbishment including kitchen and bathroom, new doors and frames throughout and a fresh coat of paint. Nice and Bright.
